Their Shining Shinobi

Its done! It's finally done!

THIS TOOK SO FREAKING LONG TO DO.

But wow. I'm proud of myself.

All right, so deal is: I got this random idea to draw these four kunoichi as Magical Girls, like in Shojo Anime. Don't ask how, I don't remember. It was a long time ago. XD Anyway, how about I explain their looks and all, eh? (Powers are similar to their ninja skills)

Sakura's outfit was completley and utterly made up from scratch. I didn't base it off anything, in contrast to the other three. Also, I realize it's really similar to her ninja uniform. But I did add some brass-knuckled gloves and kick-ass boots, plus a fancy analyzing screen like Sailor Mercury's from Sailor Moon.

Ino was based off of Sailor Moon, with the brooch, layered skirt, and tall, extremely high-heeled boots in mind. Of course, Ino has a habit of bearing her midriff, so that detail was added. And I fiddled with the design a lot because I didn't want her looking exactly like a Sailor Scout.

Hinata is the basis of Cardcaptor Sakura uniforms, with those poofy skirts and shoulders. I also tossed a staff in there Don't get pissed off about the symbol, how the curse mark is supposed to mean, you know, curse and all. It's a Hyuuga symbol, so I added it to her design like I did Sakura's Haruno symbol. I picked Cardcaptor Sakura for her because the outfits were more conservative, being made for a ten-year-old girl and all, and Hinata is a very conservative girl.

For Tenten, I had the chinese shirt in mind, so I immediatley thought of Magical Girl Pretty Sammy, from the Tenchi Muyo Spin-off of the same name. I didn't add a thousand details like Sammy's disguise, though, with the fancy flowers, bows, and all. I kept it simple. Also, a fun thing about her sword: It changes. Sometiems its a sword, somestimes a mace, or staff, daggers, etc. If it can be a weapon, Tenten can use it.

Fun Fact: I was extremely tempted to write "Kicking ass and taking names" at the bottom.
